- Install Titanium Backup APK
- Copy 'data' folder to root of External sdcard (extSdCard/)
If you don't have External sdcard in your device then copy 'data' folder to root of sdcard (sdcard/) - Run Titanium Backup
- If not Pro uninstall and install Titanium Backup APK
